1Zero-Tolerance Policy

Giggle strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors.
• Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate sexual relationships with minors.
• Sexual solicitation of minors.
• Trafficking or exploitation of children.
• Any other content or behavior that sexually harms or exploits a child.

Any such content or activity may result in immediate removal and account termination.

2User Reporting

Users can report inappropriate content or accounts through the reporting features available within Giggle.

Reports involving child safety are treated seriously and may be reviewed and escalated according to applicable laws and safety procedures.

3Blocking

Users can block accounts or users that make them uncomfortable or violate our safety standards.

Blocking prevents unwanted interactions between users where the feature is supported.

4Content Moderation

Giggle may use a combination of automated systems and human review to identify, investigate, restrict, or remove content that violates our policies.

We may take action against accounts involved in prohibited child-safety violations.

5Cooperation With Authorities

When required by applicable law, Giggle may preserve and provide relevant information to appropriate law-enforcement or regulatory authorities.

We may also report suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse to the appropriate authorities or designated organizations as required by law.

6Age and Safety

Users must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to Giggle in their jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly allow the service to be used for child sexual exploitation or abuse.

Users must never use Giggle to contact, solicit, exploit, threaten, or sexually interact with minors.

If you become aware of suspected child exploitation, grooming, CSAM, or another child-safety issue involving Giggle, please contact our safety team immediately:

Please provide enough information for us to investigate the report, but do not send or redistribute illegal child sexual abuse material.

8Enforcement

Violations of these Child Safety Standards may result in:

• Removal of content.
• Blocking or restriction of accounts.
• Permanent account termination.
• Reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

Giggle reserves the right to take immediate action when necessary to protect children and other users.

9Updates

We may update these Child Safety Standards when necessary to improve user safety or comply with applicable laws and regulations.
